Hi guys ! So... Our MT papers are over ! That means we've only about 5 more subject papers to go ! And then it'll be happy days for all of us YAY . Hmm , Mr Oh says we've only about 2 more lessons with him . Those who are weak in Science please try to cherish these two lessons , and try to clarify any doubts you have with Mr Oh . Don't wait till it's too late . Try not to slack too much already , alright ! We've got 2 very crucial papers coming up , and they're none other than Math and Science . Doing well for either History and Geography is important too . It might determine your Humanities subject for next year ! As for Art , er ... I don't really see the important in it actually , but it definitely can help pull up your overall marks ! So , bottom line is , do your best for the upcoming papers . Hi everyone ! So ... We had our EL papers today . How was it , :) ? Some of us are satisfied with it , some of us are not . Exams are always like this . It's always a win-lose thing . But for those who are disappointed over the paper , please do let it affect you too much . Remember , you've still got many more papers to go ! So the next best thing you can do it is to try and do well for the remaining subjects . Don't brood too much over things as well .
After all , what's done is done . There's nothing we can do but move on with life and try to make the best out of things . Sounds harsh , but sadly , it's true . I mean , unless you're the time traveler and you've got the powers to rewind time then , you know , no worries . BUT ! I'm sure none of us possess those powers , right ? Okay , so , prepare well for your MT papers on Monday ! Shall end this post off with a quote i received through an e-mail from my Dad , it's by Warren Buffet (go Google him up , he's , i think , the 2nd richest man in the world ? Very prominent figure in the business world .) : "The happiest people do not necessarily have the best of all . They simply appreciate what they find on their way ." HELLO HELLO EVERYBODY . So sorry it has been such a long time since the last update . Everybody's just up to their necks with school work now , i presume ! I mean , you should be , considering the majors are just a few days away !! As for the Malay students , try to manage your time well okay . I know you'll all be celebrating Hari Raya but also note that the exams are nearing so you should not overlook your revisions :) ! As for the Chinese students (our class no Indians) , the Hari Raya holiday is not for you to slack as well . Make use of this opportunity to catch up with your work . Play hard , but work hard as well . Just slog your guts out studying for now and like i said , i promise all of you many class activities for the end of the year ! Anyway , we received the Most Resilient Class Award earlier in the morning during assembly ! ! Bet it must have been a very pleasant shock to all of you as well right . Really did not expect us to clinch the award , considering we havent been receiving any for the past few months ... But some of us have worked hard , by participating in school events , answering questions during assembly talks . Give yourselves a round of applause , guys :) ! You all really deserve it ! I dont dream of overtaking class 2E3 , but i do dream of all us being at the top , overtaking the others with our results , and most importantly , doing our hopeful teachers proud , especially Ms Shidah and Mdm Soh . We can lose to the other classes in all other aspects , but not in our grades . Many of our subject teachers have been stressing on the fact that we're not living up to their expectations of our performances , and have been comparing us to the other classes . I know many of us do not like being compared to , so let's just all do our best for the upcoming majors , and just prove them all wrong once and for all . Let's not have them remember us as 'the best class with results nothing like the best' . It doesnt sound good , does it ? Im not trying to put all of us down , but just trying to motivate all of us with my prep talk . Some of you might look upon as me as some naggy bossy (and everything else derogatory) chairwoman , and cant stand the fact that im constantly acting like your moms , but i dont care , i just want all of us to do our best . We're not 2E4 for nothing . We're 2E4 because we're supposedly the cream of the crop , we're 2E4 because we're supposedly the best . So let's be the cream of the crop , because we know can and are . Let's be the best , because we have that 'best' in us :) . Selamat Hari Raya to the Malay students :) ! You've worked hard (fasting) , so have fun !! ♥ , Zena .

HEHE HI KIDS !!! Okay , some of us have come up with some activities for the class ! And one of them is a KITE-FLYING + POTLUCK PICNIC . So this is how things shall go : We will be going to the hill(it's not really a hill , it's this place with a jogger's path with slopes/hills surrounding it) opposite of Christ Church Secondary School . We will be flying kites and having a picnic ! Things to bring : Kites (for those who have any) FOOD ! (this is a potluck picnic) Once the details (date time etc.) are confirmed , everyone shall be notified in every means possible . So meanwhile , please stay tuned for more updates . Hey guys ! Esther updated previously with a list of our holiday assignments . Please check to see if you've left out anything should you have written the assignments down somewhere . Anyway i hope all of you have completed the online math test at Ace-learning ! Don't jeopardize your own marks . Already jeopardized my own -__- ! Anyway , like Ms Shidah and Mr Siva said , please try to make full use of this 1 week . Its not an all-fun break , but a break for us to catch up with our studies , especially for those who are lagging behind . If you're one of those who cant seem to self-study , please try to take the initiative to form a study group . Do well for your EOYs and i promise you lots of fun (class activities) afterwards !
